Every time I stop by there to pick up a package they have two excuses. 1. We are not done sorting the packages. 2. We have them sorted and are getting ready to put them on the truck. The one time I did pick up a package. there was a man working at the desk who was Johnny on the spot going and getting my package for me it was awesome. I won't get my package till late afternoon. I miss Rapids city took care of the mail.
Asked for help and it was it's like I was interrupting them from something they'd rather be doing. I suggest trying a different location. Sadly it's still usps but maybe you'll find happier people.
